End of quarter Fall 2013

The presentations for the Fall quarter will be Friday Dec 6 starting at 10:00 (probably in ET 309). Each group should prepare a 20 minute presentation in which each undergraduate member gets a chance to speak. (That doesn't leave much time for each person.) The graduate advisors are not expected to be part of the presentations--although they can certainly help you prepare. You may (and are encouraged to) invite your customer liaisons. If your project consists of multiple relatively independent sub-projects (e.g., the JPL project and the Aerospace project), give each sub-project no more than 10 minutes. (Although see below.) CSNS Project page. Each project has a project page on CSNS. Project abstract. Write (or update) your project abstract. To do so, click the icon at the upper right. If you have multiple sub-projects identify them on the abstract. Requirements document. Upload your requirements document. To do so, click the icon toward the lower left next to Resources. If you have multiple sub-projects, upload a separate requirements document for each. For those projects with multiple sub-projects, if the sub-projects are sufficiently independent we should consider giving each its own page and full presentation time. Let me know what you think. Team peer evaluation forms will be posted to CSNS. They will ask you to rate yourself and your teammates. Please fill them in by the end of the 10th week, i.e., by presentation day.
