i am getting "Missing artifact org.ancoron.postgresql:bundle9.1.901.jdbc4" error and there is no postgresql folder in .m2 folder.

It doesn't look like the the correct dependency. Read the instructions carefully and pay attention to both the groupId and the artifactId of the dependency.
