1. Get Windows 8
The easiest way is to download it through MSDN. See below.
2. Get Excel 2013
I simply downloaded the 60-day trial for Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus.
The first link provides for direct download links to the .img file for Office. I used the 2nd link.

3. Get Visual Studio Ultimate
You can do this through Dreamspark.com, but it won't get you Ultimate (which is fine)
If you want ultimate, you'll have to do it through MSDN.
The following link is the one I use for MSDN. However, you will not be able to download anything without a username/password.
