Sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but in HW2 when it says:

"A user can only sponsor a project once. After a user sponsors a project, the Sponsor This Project link will no longer be shown to that user."

Does, this mean a user can only sponsor one project out of all of them, or are they allowed to sponsor each project only once?
