I reinstalled my sever configuration to a different folder, i made sure i un installed eclipse, tomcat because i wanted to move my tomcat and eclipse to another folder

however when i set it up i am getting an error
"could not load tomcat server configuration at local host config server closed"( image attached below)/
I did make sure to redirect the tomcat server folder when setting up a new dynamic web project was wondering why this error is still showing up
