Please complete the teamwork evaluation form (attached) for the members of your Senior Design team.  It is due (submitted to CSNS) by midnight Dec 5.

The form refers to the teamwork rubric. Use the descriptions in the rubric to select a score (1-5) for each performance Indicator for each of your team members and yourself.

Please enter your name in cell A3, replacing what's there.

Reminder: Peer evaluations and requirements documents are due this Wednesday. Presentations will be Friday in ET 210 at 10:00.

I don't have CS496A listed on my CSNS page.
Can I submit the teamwork rubric via email?
