what could cause csns2 not showing any data?

I had dropped tablesby accident in csns2 and then recreated them from scripts. However my web page is returning blank for department and there is no login available. Is this because I messed the database? The owners of two databases are different could it be the problem? Thanks in advance for your prompt reply.

If it's a database problem you should see some error message either in the log or in the console. If it's just a blank page, try cleaning the Tomcat work directory.
