As HW3 says, "The Announcements block shows the announcements and the date of each announcement".

An "announcement" is basically just a piece of text (like the one on the CS422 home page) - there's no "title/description of the post". You might have confused the class announcements you need to implement here with CSNS News/Announcements, which are implemented differently.

It the date when the announcement is posted. The application should get the date automatically (e.g. using new Date()) instead of asking the instructor to enter it explicitly.
