Information Analyst/Cast Member Position

A Los Angeles-based television production company is seeking college undergraduate or post-graduate students with strong research backgrounds to appear on camera as team members for a proposed non-fiction cable TV series. Qualities of a top candidate include:

· Prolific experience in computer research/cyber-navigation and a background in data collection.

· The ability to express theories and opinions on controversial historical and scientific issues and evidence in compelling and concise fashion.

· A quirky ("cool-nerdy"), enthusiastic and appealing personality/on-camera style, with the ability to perform even mundane job-related tasks with a level of showmanship. Cast members will receive training prior to the start of production.

Estimated pay per episode is between $1500 and $2000. Salary and hours are at the discretion of the cable network.
