Dear Professor,

Want to know when we revert to an old revision what is happening to the  user and modification date ? Shall it keep the old data or shall it hold the new date an the user  who requested the revert page?

I would assume since you are creating a new revision based on a previous revision,

you should set the new name and timestamp.

Dear professor,

Users can only revert pages that has a previous revision, and in this case, I let the revert link show up. Otherwise, the revert link is not shown, so users won't be able to revert the page. Is that what we supposed to do? Or  do you want us to do something different?

Yes, this would be fine.
