I believe that there is an error here: However, the inverse is 5*740740734068 mod p = 1
I think what it is, is that the value for p in the slide is wrong. I went from scratch to calculate all the values, and given that p, nothing comes out correctly. Last edited by DavidGilbert at

p is wrong. It's not a prime. I'll replace the example with a simpler one. Thank for pointing it out! |
