I tried doing the touch on the web.xml file but i still get the 404 error when i try to run the servlets.

That one was working a little while ago but stopped working.

I'm getting this same behavior on cs3, all references to my student page, html welcome page, servlets, jstl, etc. give 404. Is it possible to restart the server on my cs320stu10 ? Thank you.
