To Dr. Guo,

Do we need to stick with the give PGP version 8.0 and OS XP or we can use other version and OS?

It seemed at first it was installed on my windows 7, as it said it was installed successfully , but I can not see any shortcut or installation folder . so I am not able to open this program. the other strange thing is that  I can not uninstall it like any other program , it tells me that I do not have enough permission.

You can use the same version under different OS, but you're responsible for finding the corresponding software.

You should be an administrator to install/uninstall PGP.
