Subject: Students with PHP development skills

Dear professor,

We have a smart, ten-person team in a fun office right by the ocean in Santa Monica, CA, and we're looking for a web developers to help us grow. Our company is the #1 education start up in the world, helping over 300,000 teachers track half a billion assignment scores for 2 million students while saving schools across the world millions of dollars per year.  We're wondering if you know of any students or others who might be a good fit for our company.

We're looking for self-managed creative developers. We want to be able to say to our developers, "create this feature ...", then let them design, build, and make decisions about it, and then have them come back with an awesome finished product. We don't want to micromanage or nitpick or interfere with their work. They won't have to waste half their day with phone calls or emails. At the same time, we're happy to teach and help develop their technical expertise.

Please forward on this email if you know someone who might fit and be interested.  Details are below.

Thanks so much!

Jeremy
