1. ViewableAfterDueDate option is now available for both regular and online assignments.

2. Changed DownloadZip controllers to skip assignments with ViewableAfterDueDate=false.

3. AddSection now uses jQuery instead of Taconite. This also fixed the problem that the AddSection form was not shown in IE9.

4. Changed the "Done" button to "Save" in the EditCourse form.

5. EditCourseController now keeps the original file names of the uploaded ABET syllabi.

6. Deleted/merged some duplicate accounts.
