Changed how course journals were listed and displayed. 3. Updated DB scripts and fixed a couple of minor problems. 4. Fixed the black border on wiki pages when viewed with Chrome. 5. Added BC and GC standings which are used to keep track of when a student applies for grad check. 6. Marked CS350, CS420, CS481, and CS491AB obsolete.
