Hello, if you will be completing your Bachelor Degree requirements at the end of Winter 2012, you must submit a Grad Check application between June 28 and July 28.  Please pick up a form at Enrollment Services Adm 146, fill it out and take to the Cashiers Office and pay the required fees.  Then leave the form with the Computer Science Dept for final processing.
