Students who need to be Reinstated for Summer 2011 because of Spring 2011 Grade Disqualification, need to see Dr. Pamula on July 5 between 9:30 and 2:00 pm.   This paperwork is to be walked up by the student after receiving approval no later than July 7 to the Records Office.
