HW2-Q7 I could not understand how the length is calculated.

See below example, why the inner sequence length is 16, not 16+6= 22?

(According to our slide p9-43, seems suggest that we should add  the tag and length of the Integer, String and Counter what are 6 bytes, since these are also data for the 2nd sequence in this example)
