Learn to write.  Most of the exams will hopefully be written.  Even when you start job hunting for entry-level positions, companies will still test you with a written test.  Only the large recruiting firms or large companies use software based testing.  The smaller business companies still test using written exams.

Document your knowledge and keep your CS books.  CS 490 will be your next to last class in 2 years if you have taken care of all you general education with the college.  If you come in as a transfer student, then you saved yourself 2 years of CSU fees.  I say document your knowledge because those notes will be useful to you in CS 490 and future job interviews.
