  • On the first 3 requirements, it says:

    • 1. Anonymous users (i.e. users who have not logged into CSNS) may not see or access the Files link under the top menu Resources.

  • 2. Only registered users (i.e. users who have logged into the system) may perform file management operations such as upload files, browse folders, and so on.

  • 3. All users (i.e. both anonymous and registered)  have read access to the public files and folders.

  • How can an anonymous user is going to access the public files and folders if he cannot browse for it?

  • Then:

  • 5. An instructor has both read and write access to the files uploaded as assignment submissions in the classes he or she teaches.

  • Is this concerning to non regular files?
