When we try to upload something nearly 3000B, the disk usage will go from lower than 1500B to larger than 3000B.

So the server should forbid that upload, and the usage will still  lower than 1500B.

In this condition, the server should send the E-mail or not?

I think need not to send an E-mail, right?
