Who can you see to personally ask for assistance and advisement on what courses to register for to fulfill both the major requirements and general education requirements?

You can talk to the primary faculty adviser (office hours posted on the department website). In addition, any faculty or department staff would be able to clarify your questions.

So we don't necessarily have one fixed adviser?

Starting from January 2013, I have been serving as the Computer Science undergraduate advisor. Please check my advisement hours each quarter and feel free to drop by my office (ET-A316, across the dept. office) when you have any advisement-related questions. No appointment necessary.
