You need to satisfy both the major requirements. There are already some common courses between the two disciplines. In addition, you can check with the Mathematics adviser regarding a Computer Science option within the Mathematics BS program. You will end up with lot of overlap with the two requirements.

The added benefit is that you can chose the lesser Genera Education requirements from CS
