I am a new transfer student this quarter and my transcripts were recently reviewed to see which classes apply towards my major and which do not.  The layout is confusing and I am not certain if my classes are properly being assessed.  For example, my Physics classes are listed as "GE B2B PHYS SCI CERTIFIED" but then at the bottom where the Lower Division requirements are listed, it shows I have not completed either of the Physics sequences.  I also have a Discrete Math class which looks the same as Math 248 but did not apply directly.

Who should I speak with in order to make sure all my classes are counted properly?

Any course that is not articulated requires the department's approval.

Fill out the form http://www.calstatela.edu/faculty/rpamula/cs101/coursesubstitution.doc with the help of the adviser.
