Duration of lecture video.

I guess it was because of predefined length of the video. Anyway, that missing part of the lecture video contained quite important information, including discussion of the Homework 4. Because we only have one technician in charge of the recording of hundreds of lectures (while having many other responsibilities), this is the only way to make it work. The good news is that going over time doesn't happen very often, and I don't think it'll happen again this quarter.
