I followed the instructions on the files to uploading the files to cs3.calstatela.edu and I'm getting a 404 error. http://cs3.calstatela.edu:8080/cs520stu19/Wiki is my page Also if we are going to upload a documentation file please allow .txt or .doc files for upload. |

I think you confused submitting homework to CSNS with deploying your application on CS3 server. |

http://cs3.calstatela.edu:8080/cs520stu19/ gives a NullPointer Exception. http://cs3.calstatela.edu:8080/cs520stu19/Wiki gives a 404 error because in your web.xml you don't have a servlet to which /Wiki is mapped to. You need to be able to fix these kind of problems. |

OK now I'm confused. If it was as simple as copying the files to the server and preserving the folders why would I have to modify my web.xml which works on my computer for the server |

The context name on the server is different from the context name on your computer. Read this or watch the lecture video. |
