Do we need to place link to viewing assignments, or have to implement  simple jsp pages, which displays all assignments ignoring section number. Please specify parameters i.e. section id etc, if any. Same for viewAssignment?

For a class (called "Section" in CSNS), e.g. CS520 in Fall 2009, there should be a page that lists all the online assignments of the class. As for where that page should be placed or what parameters are needed to generate the page, it's up to you.
