my computer is 64 bit vista and I already tried to set up environment variable  of java.But does not work. Is any guideline for that

All I know it should work. I use a 64bit system too. Make sure to download the correct version for windows then set the environmental variables correctly.

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_14\bin\;

Thank you, I solved it. Path was ok as per you, but need other consideration for 64 bit system too!
