Hw6 Requirement clarification..

It makes sense to allow a blog owner to edit all the comments to his blog, and in fact this is probably the case for most blog software. But the homework says only the author of a comment can edit it, so let's just stick with that. 2.Do we need to mention both created date and edited date for the blog entry and comments?
