Homework 3: Query

Would the user have multiple Blogs or just one Blog? For e.g. in HW2 the Student and Instructor have one blog each. Or would it be that a Student has number of Blogs like "CS520 Homework", "CS480 Homework", "My Java articles", and then within each Blog have multiple Blog Enteries and their Comments? Thank you.
