1. When an instructor adds a section, the instructor automatically becomes an moderator for the class forum of that section.

2. Fixed a bug that only set forum last post when a new topic is created.

3. Student names are sorted properly (first by last name, then by first name if two students have the same last name) on various pages.

4. Homework and course grading pages now have two buttons, "Save" and "Back", to avoid some confusion.

5. Some minor cosmetic changes.
